2. to ensure future of the product working good.
how easy of use that product.
3. whether all the req., are meet to expected or not that
we are going to check with testing process,if its not in
that sense that product wont able stable for longer.

If you are handling a product testing and if there are around 100 test cases and in them few test cases are failed then at the end of the day how will you treat whether the product is pass/fail.? consider the failed test cases are in functional requirements.
What can you tell about the project if during testing you found 80 bugs in it
