Hi I would like to know about TDS on Service Tax invoices.We are in rental basis shopping mall.We will raise the bill with service tax.2 types of invoice
1 Rental Invoices with service tax
2. Comman Area charges with service Tax
Please let me know how the tenant need to deduct the TDS
On gross or Basic.......?

Tenant will deducted a fixed percentage of TDS from salary.and the TDS amount will be pay to GOVT.
If any one provide you any service then he charged Service tax with his fees.If you provide any service to someone then you charged S.Tax.At the end of the year you adjust the Service Tax.
