settoproperty()-->used to set the value of particular
property of an object in OR./change the existing property
of an object in OR in runtime temporarly.
GETTOPEOPERTY()-->get the current value of properties&
values that stored in OR.
GETROPROPERTY()-->get the runtime property of an object
