C&F means clearing and forwarding of goods from Rack or
Godown to another place. that means they have to arrange
loading&unloading of goods and they have to arrange local
transportation of goods from Rack to Godown. clearing means
arrangement of loading&unloading and forwarding means local
transportation of goods. they are overall responsible of
goods damage while loading&unloading and overall
responsible of shortage of goods while transporting from
Rack or godown to certain destination.
