You just consider some water is flowing in a drain,
You consider the drain is a conductor and the water is Current.
There will be a pond at the end of the drain. The flowing
water is going to fill the pond in an hour.The speed it
takes to fill the pond is Voltage. The product of the water
and its speed is called Power(Unit is Watts). If the pond is
filled by an hour it is called 1 Unit (KWH). That means if
the water flowing 5 foot level in the drain, it will be 5
Amps. If it is flowing 200 km/hour, consider 200 Volts to
reach the pond.
Power = V x I That is Power = Current X Voltage. P = 200 X 5
= 1000 Watts If it is flowing for an hour it will be 1 Unit
(KWH)
