if the current ratio is 0.5 then there not sufficient gross working capital(current assets)to meet the current liabilities.There will be a negative working capital.

Entry for revenue item will be Expenses A/C Dr to Cash. But in the Profit and Loss account we will see the expenses with a pre fix of To Expenses Why?
