IN AN INDUCTION MOTOR,WHAT IS THE RELETIVE SPEED OF ROTOR
MAGNETIC FIELD AND STATOR MAGNETIC FIELD
Answer Posted / priya
Zero speed because both fields move with synchronous speed(if the relative speed between stator and rotor field is not zero then rotor will not rotate as in the case of synchronous motor). Relative speed between stator and rotor magnetic fields is zero whereas relative speed between stator and rotor is slip speed.
