DEBT EQUITY RATIO = DEBT / EQUITY
IT TELLS D TOTAL DEBT OF AN ENTITY TO ITS EQUITY . IT SHOULD
BE IN THE RATIO OF 2:1. WHICH MEANS FR EVRY 2 DEBT 1 EQUITY
SHOULD BE THEIR.
