ELCB simply means earth leakage circuit breaker, just as the name implies earth surface soil leakage excape circuit a Close loop that electron can flow breaker cut off §Ơ̴̴̴̴̴̴͡ when there is excape ☀̤̣̈̇f current from the circuit above the rated current usually in milliampere t♡̬̩̃̊ the earth the breaker will automatically trip(cut off)t♡̬̩̃̊ prevent shock.
