Hi All, PCM is up only by connecting cable both side in RJ45 connector

What are 4 parameters between node A and node B, to bring a
PCM link up between them.

Hi All,

PCM is up only by connecting cable both side in RJ45
connector. However to configure signaling link we require
below parameter
1.opc&dpc
2.SLC
3.TS
4.Network Indicator
