EQUITY SHARE HOLDER IS OWNER OF COMPANY AND HAVE RIGHT TO VOTE
PREFERENCE SHARE HOLDER IS NOT A OWNER OF COMPANY AND HAVE
NO RIGHT TO VOTE.
PREFERENCE SHARE HOLDER GET FIXED DIVIDEND FIRST AND REMAIN
BALANCE ONLY EQUITY SHARE HOLDER GETS DIVIDEND.
