in the transformer there are two winding first is primary
and second is secondory,if third winding is also used in
transformer for specific purpose,that is called tertiary
windingits purpose is that,
(1) it permit third harmonic curret to flow,this reduce
third harmonic voltage
(2)sometimes there is need to interconnected to
three transmission line
(3)for measuring the voltage of HV
