Test Conditions are derived from Specifications.
This is 100% correct Answer.
Based on Specifications we will prepare test conditions.
Based on test conditions we will write Test Cases.
While writing Test Cases We will write Test Data.
Order of Apprearencewill be like this:
Specifications/Requirements->Test Conditions->Test Cases-
>Test Data.
Design of Test Conditions,TestCases,TestData is nothing but
test Design.
