Company Providing Mobile handset to all employee on free of
cost and returnable basis while leaving the job. My query is-
how i account the above transaction -
under fixed asset or mobile expenses- ( indirect exp) or
staff welfare ( indirect exp )

When company buys mobile/handsets for employees for office
use it should be booked as an asset under office
equipments. Depreciation to be calculated accordingly.
Mobile monthly service Bills to be accounted as Telephone
Expenses under indirect expenses
