diff b/w waterfall model & spiral model?

1.)spiral model includes more customer attention or
interaction rather than waterfall model.
2.)In spiral model we use loop approach while in waterfall
model we have a sort of linear,conventional approach.
3.)In waterfall model we cannot go to the previous stage,but
in spiral model we can go to the previous stage.
4.)spiral model is also known as 'Bohem Model' and waterfall
model is also known as 'linear sequential model'.
5.)waterfall model is simple and sequential ,but spiral
model is not so simple due to loops.
6.)waterfall model works in sequential flow,but spiral model
works in loops.
