GROUND AND EARTH ARE EQUIVALENT BUT EQUAL,
GROUND-FLUCTUATION OF LOAD IN OUTSIDE,THE IMBALANCE CURRENT
IS FLOWING ,THIS IMBALANCE CURRENT NUTRALISE BY GROUND.
EARTH- IT NUTRALISE THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF CURRENT WHEN
APPLIANCE BECOME SHORT CKT.
