Nonconformance:- Any product or material which does not
conform to the customer requirements or specifications,that
time we can raise Nonconformance against that
product/material.
Nonconformity:- When a process which does not conform to a
quality system requirement,That time we can raise
Nonconformity against that process(May be ISO stds,CMMi etc)
The Report we are sending to respective managers about
NC,is called NCR.This report contains NC and CAPA
(Corrective Action and Preventive actions)details along
with NC tracking and closing.Before sending NCR we should
check whether the correct process or specification
mentioned in Manual/PSD(Product Specification Documents)
