What is the need of BPO?.what is meant by outsourcing? Can
companies can't do the work, why should they approach BPO
and call centres to do their work.?
Answer Posted / hn
BPO will be the future need because, of increase in internet
and mobile communication the world is becoming a smaller
place. BPO help the job to be done efficiently and the cost
will be the 1/10 of what it incurs. Also labour problems,
and other issues do not occur.
Outsourcing means to give the work to third party outside of
the organization. The reliability of work, client
confidential is maintain by this third party and also the
end result is also perfect.
New companies or old companies always face the problem of
attrition, also certain companies follow very rigid pattern
of doing business. In order to stream line this process, and
also to get it more efficiently done as well as the cost
factor to be easily done, for this they approach to BPO and
call centers to do the work.
