TIS WILL QUIDE ME TO ANOTHER Q.
Can WE use a step down transformer as step up transformer
by reversing the primary voltage as a secondary voltage?

THE ANSWER IS YES WE CAN. BUT CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR THE
NEW SECONDARY ( OLD PRIMARY ) AMPER NOT TO EXCEED THE
NORMAL RATING CURRENT.
