IF 125 kva diesel generator generating 13 kw energy in an
hour then how much percentage of load is connected to
generator and generator is running at what load efficiency

It is 10.4% - core loss. Because kw is used for power
without transformer where as kva is power taken through
transformer only little bit core loss difference is there
but you can take both value same (approx) for rough calculation.
