AS PER I.S CODE MAXIMUM SILT CONTENT SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 8%.
BUT AS PER THE SITE CONDITION WE CAN ALLOW SILT CONTENT UP
TO 12-14%.
CEMENT CONSUMPTION WILL INCREASE BY THAT MUCH %.
