You should always phrase your answers to this question in a
positive way, such as, I'm looking for a company that
offers more opportunities for growth than my current
employer. Or, I want to learn new things, or, I want more
responsibilty and challenge. Be honest - if your boss is a
jerk who always screams at everybody, say: I'd like to find
a more co-operative, nurturing environment dedicated to
excellence
