WHAT HAPPEN WHEN CT SECONDARY OPEN DURING LOAD

Mr. Ravi Siemens say that CT is step up transformer thats 100% rigth. Brief : Consider Primary winding as busbars having hundred / thousands of current and secondary as CT winding which have low current at its output and high voltage at its terminals. Hence its called as step up transformer. If CT terminals gets open then self induced emf will cut to its own winding i.e. CT and it will be uncontrollable and hence due to high voltage its insulation gets damage and CT will get burn.
Thanks to Siemens Mr. Amir Sharif is not there in SIEMENS.
Mr. Ravi keep going on dont upset due to such ans.
