It is Windows 2003 Mixed Mode...
Because Mixed mode - provides backward compatibility with
NT4.0 and W2K DCs with W2k3 DCs supporting NTLM and
kerberos authentication and replication of the users.
Native mode: It provides compatibility with only W2K DCs
with W2K3 DCs and not with NT4.0
Interim Mode : This mode is only use to upgrade the NT4.0
DCs to W2K server
