Hello All,
My B1/B2 visa is 2 times rejected in a year so that can I
apply it third time. visa consoller didn't give any specific
reason only told that you didn't convince the visa consoller
if i will applied third time then what's impact on it.
Please suggest me

I am not sure how old is this post but here is what I heard
from my counselor that I happen to meet at a party. This is
what she said broadly.
.Have you profiled yourself? Are you married? Since how long
have you been living where you are living? If married how
lomg have you been married for?
If the answers to any of the above questions is a lesser
number, then chances are that your VISA will be rejected
more often that not.
If your other 2 interviews were conducted by someone senior
to the person who would take your interview the 3rd time.
110% chance of failure. Your interview would last 15 seconds
max which would include pleasantry exchange.
How I can say this, you would say?
I have travelled to US for 5 years now and have been
associated with the same firm for that time. My company last
year invited my wife to travel along with me for the first
time as a gesture of the work that I have done with the
same. Ofcourse you would know what transpired.
The explanation for rejection:
1. Your husband go to US and work on a B1/B2. Doesn't he
know that you can't work? That was said to my wife.
She said he goes for meetings and client's visits and does
not work/earn money. To that it was said, We are not sure
what he does there.
2. He has been travelling to US for 5 years and thus for him
to be back in the country we would need you to stay in India
as then HE has to be back for you. Our marriage at that time
was 6 months old.
So in other words I & my wife will be a RUNAWAY convicts we
two are allowed to go there together.
3. The Visa was rejected the 2nd time, the reason. The 1st
interview was taken by a senior and thus the 2nd interview
thought that he does not have the authority or the judgement
to overrule or atleast look into the seniors decision again.
4. At a later date I and my wife were given these choices to
go for it a third time.
a. Apply after 1.5 to 2 years time, so that they see you two
are together.
b. Make a baby, so that they know India is where you will
settle.
c. Ask your firm to apply for a H1 visa and then ask your
wife to apply for a dependent Visa. Then they will have to
send my wife if I get H1.
d. Travel to UK or some better know EU countris on a holiday
with your wife.
e. Have LOADS of money in your account within next 1.5 years
and maintain that balance consistently.
They face a lot of heat from everyone and they are know that
their process is not full proof. However, the large volume
of bad cases and applications many a times let them take a
wrong decision and stick with it.
I can't say apply for the 3rd time, since I have also seen
cases in which the visa was given even after a 3rd
rejection. But those are far and few in-between.

Hi, I am working for AllState India since from 1.8 years(Overall 4.8 years of experience) and I had applied for B1 visa during Jan-2014 and it got rejected coz of 214(b) section.I would like to brief about the questions that are asked during my interview. 1.Why I am travelling to USA. 2.For how many days you are travelling. *Ans*: 8 weeks (as mentioned in my invitation letter) and the purpose of travelling . 3. Interviewer felt the period is very long and cross questioned me why such a long period. *Ans* : Repeated the same reason as said above with elaboration. 4. Again cross questioned , the said schedule is only for 4 weeks and what is the schedule for remaining 4 weeks. *Ans*:Repeated the above answer. (May be here i went wrong) 5. Asked about my overall experience,Domain knowledge , took all relevant documents and come back with the rejection form. :-( Now its 9 months passed , so shall I reapply for B1 again? If so , what are the things I need to considered before re-applying? I am still working in the same company (AllState India) , but this time I am suppose to get the invitation letter just for 1 week and in April-2014 my salary also got increased(even my manager mentioned he will change the designation as well in the invitation letter). Hi - I had attended US B1 visa interview on 19th July 2017 (Wednesday) and I got "rejected". The The counselor had given the reason for 214 (B) section, I got 30 reasons for rejection after I had checked in google, Can someone help me? Hi, I have applied the form for US visa. In this form i applied for a business visit visa(B1/B2). Although when i went to schedule the interview date the clas type B1/B2 falls under 2 categories(purpose of travel)i.e Business and Tourist. I have been rejected B1 visa twice by US Embassy in Abu Dhabi. On both occassions I applied in name of my own trading business (invitation have been made by my US supplier) even though I actually work in Abu Dhabi under another sponsor. Also, both rejections happened in the gap of just one month. Now, after one month again I'm planning to apply one more time. But, it is through the company where I'm working (as my visa is with this company) and the invition will be sent by our associate company in US. Can someone advice the possibility of getting visa this time as on first two occassions I could not convince them with legal documents that Im actually partner of my business but third time Im using the application from our associate company in US. Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason.
