The PDCA life cycle is method used for fixing the problem
with namely four stage
Plan->Do->Check->Act
First stage you plan what is the solution->Do the required
changes->Check if desire result are achieved?->Analyze the
result->Act accordingly to move towards problem solved state.
This is used for continuous improvement by following PDCA
cycle repeatedly till you achieve desire result.
