bascically power factor=real power/apparent power
=R/Z
r is unaffected by capacitor but z changes with the
introduction of a capacitor.
Z=(r^2+(2*pi*f*c)*2)^1/2
thus if capacitor increases then z increases and gradually
power factor decreases.
but when C decreases beyond some value R becomes prominent
thus power factor doesnot increase indefinitely
