Special Characteristics are important to functional and
safety and they are directly mentioned in drawings itself as
"!" or "E" or "SPL"
Critical characteristics are addition to SPL characters with
process who involved or taking reference for producing SPL
characteristics.
For Example, if product specified Leak due to porosity as
SPL character, the below process like Impregnation is
critical process which directly affect SPL character.
