The full form of RTGS is Real Time Gross Settlement.Its a type of form for fund transfer of more than Rs.200000/- from one bank to another bank within a very short time period like 1hr to 2hrs in the same country and for 1 or 2 days from one country to other country and this transaction is cleared by RBI within specified working period of bank i.e 3.30pm in India.If amount of fund transfer is less than or equal to Rs.200000/- then the same process is done by NEFT form.
