THE ASSETS VALUE IS RS. 921700. REGISTRAION CHARGES IS -
RS.60000 NOT IN INCLUDE IN ASSESTS VALUE.THIS IS A FEES &
TAXATION CHARGES SHOWN IN PROFIT & LOSS a/C AS A EXPENSES.
