Eclipse is an IDE it is used to develop java programs. My Eclipse is a plug in ,It cannot be used alone,it should be used along with Eclipse IDE,My Eclipse plug in is used to develop web based application,and it will support to develop frameworks applicationa also(STRUTS,SPRING,JSF).
