Following condition should be applicable for rgister of
ESIC :
1 Mendetory of mimimum employee 10 and each employee's
salary not more that 15000 P/M
2 Documentation for PVT LTD COMPANY
memorendum of company
detail of 10 employees
One Cancelled Cheque of company account
Duly fill the registeration form
And above said employee's form fill submit in the ESIC
Depatment and futher information collected from department
