High more than voltage are rated from 1000v both Dc or Ac but
for the safety purposes the rated 110v more than ac are
dangerous
50v more than dc voltage are dangerous for human safety reason
HV=rated from 1kv,11kv ,33kv
LV=rated from 1000v,750v,500v,415v 230v ....
