A motor is taking 15 Amps at no load and 60 Amps at full load.
and a valve has to open 10% at full load and 80% at no load.

U dont need any plc logic for such application since u can
do this project with the help of simple transducer which
will gives the mA o/p with respect to ur Amps. & just i/p
converter which will help u to open ur positioner valve.
