Both bond and stock market are parts of the capital market . capital market involves various instrument which can be used for financial transaction. capital market provide long term debt and equity finance for the government and the corporate sector. The derivatives itself is merely a contract between two parties or more parties. its value determine by fluctuation in underlying asset.The most common underlying assets include stocks, bonds, commodities, currencies, interest rate and market indexes. mutual fund is an investment vehicle that is made up of a pool of funds collected from investors for the purpose of investing in securities such as stocks, bonds, money market instrument and similar assets. mutual funds are operated by money managers. who invest the funds capital and attempt to produce capital gains and income for the funds investor
