how to calibrate vaccum (DP)leveltransmitter,it is hart.
(digital).DETAILS:(coloumn)closedtank height 2650mm,and tx
range is 0-1500mmH20.

Same calibaration procuder for wet leg(Glycol filled)
DPtype level transmitter will work.
condition 1:Online calibration(vessal under vaccume)
Isolate both lower tapping and upper tapping, open seal pot
vent line to atmosphere(upper tapping LP side) filled
glycole tillgets overflow through it.
Fill HP side toowith glycole
Close equelising valve and open isolation valves from
manifold.
keep both tapping pointat atmosphere condition and read
transmitter PV value.it could be -3000mmwc with glycol
(hieght x sg. of filled liuid)
Transmitter LRV will be the ame as you read PV. (eg:-
3000mmwc)
URV is LRV - TX.range((-3000)-(1500)= -1500
configure your LRV :-3000 and URV = -1500 , calibrate 4-20
ma accordingly.
Close all vent valves and connect line to process line(keep
valve isolate)
Isolate both isolation valve from Transmitter manifold
assembly and slowly open both procces isolation valve
(tapping point)now open both isolation valve same time from
transmitter.
Cross check with your level glass and confirm your readings.

Lux meter is the measuring device to measure the lux level of lighting fixture. in industrial sector two types of lighting fixture is being used as street lighting purpose 1. HPSV (Sodium) and 2. HPMV (Mercury). HPMV having white light which is an combination of red, blue and yellow colour, while HPSV haivng Yellow lighting. in HPSV red & blue colour will be absent. during measurement of the lux level of HPSV and HPMV fixture. 1. Lux meter can measure the actual lux level of both fixture? 2. or it will show false reading for HPSV fixture light as it has only yellow light present. please give me answer
