in ceiling fan and table fan what is the rotating part and
what is the stationary part?

in a table fan rotar(non winded part) is a rotating part
like general purpose motor ,wherw as in ceiling fan rotor
(non winded part in a centre has stationary and outer part
having winding is a rotary part hence the the rotation of
the blade also having anti clock wise ,just reverse of the
table fan.
