DEBTOR : THE COMPANY WHICH IS LIABLE TO PAY THE AMOUNT TO
THE OUTSIDER IS CALLED DEDTOR.

CREDITOR : THE COMPANY WHICH IS LIABLE TO RECEIVE THE
AMOUNT FOR THE OUTSIDE IS CALLED CREDITOR. SELLER IS THE
CREDITOR.
