the glowing properties of flurescent.

yes, surely affected the glowing.
flurescent lamp in 50hz supply 20milli second one time
reached in zero position in sine wave (that time light not
glowing) that time is very less. in 25hz supply 40ms one
time reached in zero position that time light not full
brightness compared to 50hz supply.
