Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months. Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am planning to issue a new visa. The ques is " Can I issue a new visa?" after these all kinds of problems.
I’m Rakesh,presently studying in SRM college(BSc-computer science). My visa got rejected. Here is my case. I completed my 12th grade and I scored 1037 and scored 86 in TOEFL ibt. I did not immediately apply for the USA university,there was a gap of one year,during this one year I’m doing my BSc-computer science in SRM college. I got the I20 from the De anza community college,cupertino,california. I’m going to pursue Computer information system in De anza. The VO asked me that, why am I changing from bsc course? secondly, he asked “why are you going for the 2 year college rather than picking a four year college”? And thirdly,he asked me why dint you apply for the college as soon as you complete your 12th grade? Why are you suddenly discontinuing this college and going for De anza? So let me know the ways to get thru the interview!
if some one miss his semster in USA university then what is the right process to go mind it they have vaild USA student Visa for 3 years and he is in pakistan.

HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
My toefl score was 78 but I scored very poorly in GRE in both my attempts.But the application requirement was to show toefl score only,I got an admission with an assistantship and now duirng my interview I am planning not to show my GRE score?what if the consular ask me why I havent given GRE cause it seems like mandatory for doing MS?In that case what should my answer be?

Hello, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and i have a minor with me. So, should I file his application for F2 (that is the dependent VIsa) with me F1 application or fill it later once i get approved for F1 and then go for drop box option? I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.
