MULTIMETER IS USED TO MEASURE THE DC VOLTAGE & CURRENT,AC
VOLTAGE,B OF TRANSISTOR, CONTINUIETY,RESISTANS,etc...
while, MEGGER IS USED TO MEASURE INSULATION RESISTANS OF
THE CABLE OR ANY WINDING....
