why transmission voltages are in multiple of 11kv?
Answer Posted / dhanashri
bcoz the transmission of electricity is of long distance
and there may be loss of power . there are steps of
electricity transmissionare as generation of power ,
primary transmission, sec transmission ,pri
distribution ,sec distribution .for all this steps
different vtg level is used .and it is done by using step
down transformwer.11kv is used at the time of distibution.
may there is an relation of form factor .
