how we can save the power ?
suppose the electricity board gives 11 kw , but the
machine require only 8 kw means how we can save the exese energy

That is not possible. You maybe saying that the EB is
providing 11 kva and you need 8 kw. If so, then the power
factor of the load is 8/11 = 0.72. You can add 7 kvar of
capacitors to improve the PF to 0.99 an you would reduce
the load to 8 kw.
