VOLTAGE ON PRIMARY SIDE FLUX IS GENERATED IF SECONDARY IS
OPEN MEANS FLUX IS INFINITY. THIS PHEONMENON RESULTS
TEMPERATURE RISED SO CT WILL BURSTED SO WE CONNECTED
SECONDARY SIDE TO EARTH
