according to my knowledge, the present situation in the homes ..and the running lifecost was increasing,making the women also to work. when the both households are being working only the life of their and their family was getting good position ...so according to the conditions of the present lifestyle i may agree for the working women , but not in the night times, because the women (mother) should be active in the housholds to make the children a good citizen..if she"s starting doing the night duties i hope she cannot concentrate on their children due to some mental tension"s..or other...
