What is the basic difference between Latches and Flip flops?
Answer Posted / rahul sah
i am having confusion that how can a flip flop be a level
sensitive....the only difference which i see between then
one is event based while other is not....if a normal clock
is given as input to a flip flop it will work when clock is
high.....we just introduce the edge trigeering so that
output doesnt propagate more then once i a single clock period
