In all analog voltmeters or ammeter showing some small size
symbols. as well as a star and in star 2no. digit, resister
symbol,and other. what is that's meaning ?

If 2 no. digit is inside star that means dielectric test voltage is above 500 ohm (2 kv). there is another symbol as a resistor that is moving iron .And other symbols as perpendicular means vertical dial(scale).
