Testing comes into picture right from the requirement &
specification stage in S.D.L.C model.
Everyone normally follows a V-model which has a simultaneous
testing related to each stage of the S.D.L.C.
The earlier we find the defect, the less is the price to fix it.
So testing normally starts from requirement & specification
stage itself so that we are able to match with the actual
requirement that client wants and find the mistakes(i.e the
requirements we misunderstood)so that cost of fixing the
defect is less as compared to when found at a latter stage.
So testing starts from the requirement & specification stage
itself.
