How do you correlate a dynamic value which does not have
either Left Boundary or Right Boundary (or may be Both).

1)You will have both boundaries(there cannot be either LB
or RB)-- this can be done through correleation function
2)If both are not available then server did not generate
any dynamic value where correlation is not required
