Basically, corporate finance officer is a fund manager. He
should accommodate for the short term financial needs i.e.
working capital as well as long term financial needs i.e.
term loans of the organisation whether by way of external
sourcing from banks/financial instituations or internal
sourcing i.e. issue of shares and debentures. He is also
responsible
